Versailles Villas is a Townhome neighborhood in Boca Raton, Florida. The neighborhood has 3 buildings with 43 units total. Each building has its own pool for the residents. Each unit is assigned 2 parking spaces with a limited number of guest parking spots.

VERSAILLES VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC is a not-for-profit homeowners association with an annual budget. Our income is collected through a monthly HOA fee and assessments charged to our residents. Every year a budget is established for the next year to cover the projected expenses involved in maintaining the commonly owned landscaped areas, operating costs, administrative functions, pool areas and reserves for replacement of association-owned infrastructure. The assessment amount charged per owner varies from year to year. In addition, each owner is a member of the Association and is invited to attend Board Meetings normally located at the management office or Boca Raton Community Center. Meeting notices will be posted on the mailboxes and on the private Facebook group.
